Because fragrances are personal-care products, all sales at Karvaan are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please choose carefully

We encourage you to read the product description, fragrance notes and size details before ordering. If you are trying our attars for the first time, our 3 ml trial packs are a low-commitment way to find your favourite.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number at anshikasharma00714@gmail.com. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Orders we cannot fulfil

If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, due to stock unavailability or a shipping restriction), we will contact you and refund the full amount paid.
