Free shipping

Shipping is free on all Karvaan orders. There are no delivery charges at checkout.

Processing time

Karvaan attars are packed with care. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

Orders within India are typically delivered within 4-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer. International orders are typically delivered within 8-15 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees, if any, are charged by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive it within 5 business days of ordering, please write to us.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Our attars are alcohol-free oil-based perfumes, packed securely in leak-resistant packaging. Some carriers and countries restrict shipment of fragrance products; if we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and refund the full amount paid.

Incorrect address or delays

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions or customs.
