This website is operated by Karvaan ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting thekarvaan.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our attars accurately. Fragrance perception varies by skin and environment, and colours may differ slightly on screen. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and product availability at any time.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Safe use

Our attars are for external use only. Patch-test before use, avoid contact with eyes and broken skin, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use if irritation occurs. Customers with allergies should review the ingredients before purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product names, belongs to Karvaan and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Accounts and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karvaan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
